  • provide direction on ways to maximize the effectiveness of regional district service reviews; and
  • provide advice on using interest-based negotiation to reach agreement on RD service review and withdrawal issues.

Introductory booklets

These booklets introduce the opportunities for innovative service arrangements and service reviews to regional district board members and municipal council members.

Guides

These comprehensive guides are intended to provide assistance to regional district and municipal staff for designing creative and lasting service arrangements, and for renegotiating service arrangements effectively through service reviews or agreement on service withdrawal, where necessary.
