Financial Reporting Forms
Municipalities and Regional Districts are required under the
Community Charter section 167(4) to submit annual financial
information to the Inspector of Municipalities. This data is used to produce the local government statistics which are published on
the Ministry website at
All local governments are required to submit financial data based on the previous years' financial statements through the use of the
Local Government Data Entry forms (LGDE). Municipalities must also submit tax rate information for the current year through the use
of the LGDETax forms. Both types of submissions must be filled out by May 15 annually. To access these applications, please

This site provides a link to the web forms that must be completed annually. Local Governments require a BCeID to access this site.
