Community Recreation Program
The $30-million Community Recreation Program was developed to
address the unique challenges faced by communities in the
Province with respect to meeting their recreational infrastructure
needs. The Program will invest in local government capital projects that make communities healthier, more active places in which to live.

- Funded Projects
The following form and information are for recipients of Community
Recreation Program grants and should be used in order to meet the
provisions of the Contribution Agreement.
A Periodic Progress Reporting Form (XLS
489KB) must be completed and submitted every
quarter (March, June, September, and December) until the project is
complete.
A Periodic Progress Report Form is required even if the project has
not been started.
A Final Reporting Form
(XLS ###) detailing project
performance must be completed and submitted upon project completion. The
recipient is responsible for ensuring that the means to collect and
provide data on project performance is in place.
Application intake closed. All funded projects were announced by March 30, 2012.
