Improvement District Manual

The Improvement District Manual (2.1 MB) has been prepared by the Ministry as a guide for improvement district trustees and staff on matters of policy, governance, finance and planning and engineering.
 

The Manual (2.1 MB) underwent significant reform in 2006.
